*TEXT ME* Hello! I am looking to renew my lease but I need a new roommate and new cosigner as mine is being taken off. The apartment is on the top floor with an in unit washer/dryer, screened in balcony, wood flooring, and stainless steel appliances. Water is included with rent but we will need to pay for our own electric through Duke and wifi through either Spectrum or XFinity The full rent is $ and the cosigner will need to make 3X that amount to qualify. The new roommate does not need to be the cosigner but will be added to the lease. I unfortunately am working on a very tight schedule and need to give my leasing office an answer on renewal by Monday, Feb. th. Looking for women but am open to respectful men. It is located in Winter Park, FL, minutes from Full Sail, minutes from UCF, and minutes from Rollins. The community is super quiet and maintenance is very on top of repairs.
