Furnished Room – Minutes to DEN & UCHealth | Month-to-Month | Private Bathroom Comfortable furnished bedroom available in our townhome, located just minutes from Denver International Airport and minutes from UCHealth Anschutz. Ideal for a working professional, travel nurse, airline crew, or graduate student seeking a quiet, stable home base. The room currently has a queen-size bed, nightstand, lamp, TV, and closet space. A double bed will soon be available if you prefer additional floor space. You will have a dedicated private bathroom with tub and shower. High-efficiency washer and dryer are on the same floor. Full kitchen access included, along with dedicated refrigerator and pantry shelving. Utilities and Wi-Fi are included. Month-to-month arrangement preferred. We also have a separate office space that is lightly used and may be available to rent in addition to the bedroom for an agreed-upon monthly fee, or potentially by the hour if occasional daytime or evening use is needed. In addition, a garage parking space can be negotiated if desired. About us: We are a moderately quiet working couple — sometimes working from home, sometimes at the office — fairly clean and organized, early risers during the week, and respectful of shared space. You will have your own private space, and have our own routines and value independence, and we’re looking for someone who appreciates the same. We’re friendly and cordial, but this is intended to be a peaceful shared home rather than a social living arrangement.
