The room will be available March 1. It is a private bedroom with a shared upgraded bathroom and full access to the kitchen, living areas, and laundry. Utilities can be included in the monthly rent. No smoking inside the home and a female tenant is preferred.

I work a regular schedule and value a peaceful, comfortable living environment. I am friendly and respectful of personal space and I’m looking for someone who is responsible, tidy, and easy to live with.
