I just moved into a nice two bed apartment and a roommate that khat was supposed to move in with me became too ill to move forward with me so I’ve only been here a day and I’m already in need of a roommate. You’ll have half the apartment to yourself whether you have any furniture or storage or pictures to hang obviously you’ll have your own bedroom. There’s actually two levels to this apartment that the two bedrooms are down a flight of stairs so if you’re disabled to the point where you cannot do stairs at all this is not for you. I just moved in yesterday so I still have a lot to do I’m warning you in case you came to see it. so the rent is $1450 with that in half at 7:25 Wi-Fi is 50 that’s another 25 each and we will split Gas and Electric. Also be okay with the fact that the landlord will want to do a background check on you and to move in I would require half of the security deposit so that would be 725 Plus first month’s rent if moving in on the 1st if moving in before then I will work with you on a prorated discount..
