I am looking for a roommate to fill the unfurnished primary bedroom in my spacious .5 townhome with my two other wonderful roommates! LGBTQ+ friendly! Open to caged pets, but no cats or dogs, as one of the roommates is allergic. No kids, no couples, and no smoking please. This bedroom has a private bathroom and linen closet - so lots of storage! Plus you get first priority parking in the attached car
garage. Room is available starting March 1st. Lease will be month-to-month, but ideally looking for someone long-term! Townhome located in Twin Lakes (Denver - just east of Arvada and Westminster).
