I have already furnished the entire apartment and have a home office in the living room that can be shared as well as a home gym in the basement to also be shared as long as nothing gets carelessly damaged. Parking arrangements are currently being changed by property management, and I can't say what they will be as of now. I work full time night shifts on top of being a student.
