Seeking a roommate

Hi! I just moved into a rental house in Port Angeles, WA. I am a full time working professional looking for a roommate (preferably another woman or LGBTQIA-friendly roommate) to take the second bedroom in a bath house (duplex) with full kitchen, laundry room with washer and dryer and plenty of closet/ storage space throughout the house. I have one cat, but that is the only pet allowed by the landlords in the house. The rent is $ per month (total) with utilities separate, but will be split . So, my roommate will pay $ per month plus their half of utilities. The roommate will need to apply with the landlord. Please send a private message if you’re interested. Thank you!
