One large bedroom in a spacious, sun-drenched, airy -bathroom apartment located on the 2nd floor of a recently renovated 3-floor building, in South Boston, available Tuesday, SEPTEMBER . The room has an ENCLOSED PRIVATE BATHROOM.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
Each of the 2 bedrooms is furnished with a queen-size bed, a desk, a dresser, 1 set of bed linen, lamps, and hangers. Each bedroom has its own bathroom (of which one is enclosed: Room A). Each bedroom has plenty of closet space.

KITCHEN & LIVING ROOM
Off the charming kitchen with high-end appliances, is a nice living space featuring couches, a -inch TV, Amazon Alexa, smart lights and a wireless charger. Here you will find a laundry room with large GE Washer and Dryer as well as a cordless vacuum cleaner. Also in this space, is an additional closet that both tenants can use.

BASEMENT
There is storage room in the basement for luggage storage only.

Southie is one of the most vibrant and well-connected neighborhoods of Boston to live in. Its streets are safe and clean. The entire area around the apartment is flat and walkable. Closest METRO T-stops are Andrew and Broadway.
The bus station is literally just around the corner. Bus “” brings you to Downtown in minutes.
