There are 3 current occupants - T (M) and A(F). N has a cat (Nova). A will be moving out and we are looking to fill her room. We share kitchen tools (pans, utensils, rice cooker, etc.)
We are all friends who love anime and play video games together, but you don’t necessarily have to partake in those hobbies to be welcome in our home!

Currently rent is $ split % A and N pay $ and T pays $ due to occupying the Primary/Master Bedroom. Rent will be increasing this upcoming year with either $ for a year lease (up , for a month-to-month (up %), but we intend to keep the rent split the same. WiFi and Puget Sound Energy is split evenly between the roommates. Garbage, water, sewage, pest control and assorted utilities are also split evenly between the roommates, but the cost is factored by the overall apartment complex’s usage.

Area has proximity to bridge and I-. Nice and quiet neighborhood on the outskirts of Bellevue, but only a -ish minute drive into Downton Bellevue.
Local trails to run/jog/bike on.
Designated parking is $/month, however there is free and unmarked parking throughout the complex and on the street leading up to the property.

Apartment recently renovated upon our move in a year ago. Supplied washer and dryer. Stove, microwave and dishwasher included in kitchen. bathrooms ( toilets). Apartment has a balcony recently renovated as of last June. Room listed has sliding door closet, heater and window.
