Welcome to our cozy eclectic, cottage-core-in-the-making home in Northgate! We are 4 roommates looking for someone who will mesh well with us. 6 roommates total. This house is a home!🌻💚This is a neurospicy, mostly queer, disabled-mixed home, ages ranging from . We’ve got various backgrounds but overall we’re fairly nerdy folks.

We have a fairly communal environment with food and supplies for everyone, as that comes naturally with a house of this size. For cleaning we have a chore chart + individuals doing min deep cleaning per month. Maintaining a house of this size does require a bit of work from everyone.
Relatedly: there’s also some informal mutual aid as desired where applicable.

ft. Corner of the house. 2 west facing windows and 1 north window. Plenty of sunlight!🌞

🐈🐈‍⬛ Animals:
We have 1 senior cat who has reign of the house. She does NOT mesh well with other animals, but she is a social butterfly and loves her people and snuggles, and attention.

Year long lease only. This lease ends March st, and usually rent increases are ~$ total (so split between 6 people is fairly reasonable)
Big open yard with shed storage. 1 story home. Nearby street parking. baths shared between 5 people Not wheelchair accessible.
Washer, dryer, dishwasher available, and there’s 2 people per fridge. Gas stove + dryer.
