I'm moving to the area and need a quiet, clean place for me and my year old lab/aussie mix. I will be house hunting and plan to purchase a home in the area by the end of the year. Cessna, my Aussie-lab, is well trained, quiet (never barks), clean, and I walk her twice a day minimum. She is used to being on the furniture and sleeps with me.
