Please excuse the mess. I wasn’t planning on posting these however I just recently moved in myself and haven’t had time to organize. One room for rent. Looking for someone who doesn’t mind my teenage son. For that reason alone I prefer a male but am open to either. I really don’t mind sharing all spaces and hope that I can have someone I enjoy having in my home. Just be clean.
