My name is Julio, and I’m planning to move to the Miami area from Texas soon. I’m years old and eager to make new friends, I’m looking for great areas in the city where I can meet people. I’m also interested in finding a -bathroom rental, and I’m open to sharing a place with a roommate. My budget is starting around $ but I could be flexible. Also a sauna would be a plus.

I’m also keen on discovering new hobbies, and music is a big part of my life. I make sure to stay active through workouts and take care of myself.
