Move-in: Ideally Feb or later (if you need a later move-in date and we still have availability, feel free to reach out!)

Rent (utilities not included):

• Master bedroom: $/month
• 2 months security deposit required
• 1-year lease

Bathrooms:

• 2 tenants share 1 bathroom
