Private room available in a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home in northwest Oklahoma City.

You will have a private bedroom and share the main bathroom. I am in the master bedroom with a private bath. The house is fully furnished and you will have access to the entire home including kitchen, living areas, laundry, WiFi, and parking.

Rent is $700 per month and includes all utilities and WiFi.

The home is 420 friendly. I have one very sweet cat, Rocket. I may be open to another pet with a pet deposit, depending on fit.

I am a single female homeowner looking for a responsible, respectful roommate who values cleanliness, communication, and a calm living environment. This is not a party house. Guests are fine within reason.

First month’s rent and deposit required. Proof of income and references preferred.
