I am subleasing my room in a B female house for the spring semester. It is a fully furnished private room with a shared Bathroom.
Location: Kaplan Dr, Raleigh, NC
Rent: $/ month excluding utilities (~$ per month)
Time: th June (Can be extended if you like the place!)
The end date can also be shortened to May if required and the Jan rent is already paid!
Washer and Dryer included
5 min walk for grocery store like Food lion and restraunts
min drive to Dowtown Raleigh
Right next to GoRaleigh and Wolfline bus stops
