Hey everyone! I'm looking for a room in Manhattan preferably, but I'm also open to Astoria, Long Island City, Williamsburg, or Bushwick (or surrounding safe areas) if it's the right fit.
Budget: Under $1800 total
Ideal Move-In: March 1st / First Week of March
Deposit: Preferably low or NO deposit, but I'm flexible depending on overall cost - trying to keep move-in under $1500-1800.
Also NOT looking to do a credit check.
A little about me:
My Name is Aubrey, 32 yo, LGTBQ, and I'm a creative who WFH in digital media. I stay to myself, pay rent on time, and Just looking for a space I can relocate to while I work towards getting my own apartment. Currently I've been traveling back and forth from jersey to the city a few days of the week every week and it's becoming too much, so I'm looking for something ASAP!
