Hey everyone! I’m looking for someone to take over my spot in a duplex at Chestnut Square starting mid-January (move-in date is flexible).

The Space:

Rent: $/month (includes almost all utilities).

Setup: Spacious duplex with bathrooms.

Full Kitchen: Equipped with a stove top, oven, dishwasher, microwave, and air fryer.

Laundry: In-unit washer and dryer included.

Common Area: Features a -inch Roku TV and plenty of space to relax.

The Roommates: You’ll be sharing with 3 guys in their twenties. They are chill, respectful of privacy, and generally keep to themselves.

The Location: Basically on Drexel Campus close to most class buildings and has a lot of dining options close by.

Building Perks: Gym, Study Areas, Pool Table and a theathre room.
