Hello! I’m renting the downstairs bedroom in my house. The homeowner (me) stays in the upstairs bedroom. It is a bathroom home with a loft that I’m converting into a yoga/stretching area. I am only renting one of the bedrooms so you will be the only tenant. The bedroom has a small walk in closet and a linen closet right outside the door as well next to your bathroom (no bathtub). This is a quiet home. Me and my boyfriend work hour shifts, days a week. When we are home, we are home to relax so we don’t throw parties or have guests over. I have 1 golden retriever and 2 indoor/outdoor cat. I’m potentially open to another dog depending on breed/size/friendliness & with a pet deposit/pet damage waiver. The room itself is $ for utilities (this might be higher if you have an electric vehicle you need to charge at home). There is a Tesla charger in the garage. I also have converted the garage into a home gym that you’re free to use. Drinking is fine but NO smoking of any kind. No drug use of any kind. Looking for a respectful, laid back drama free tenant. Month to month with option to sign longer term lease after the first 3 months. Available . You can view the room starting .
