Looking for a room

Employed full-time out of the house and looking for a room to rent for me and my sweet cat. He's fixed, ESA-certified, and gets along great with other people and cats. He's well-behaved at home and won't disturb you or your stuff, but will warm up to you for snuggles if that's your thing :) I'm quiet and mellow at home- very organized. Always mindful of cleaning up after myself and respecting others' space. I've always enjoyed having roommates and have previous references available if needed.
