The house will have a total of three roommates:
One works from home for a tech company
Another works out of the house as a guidance counselor
You’d be the third!
We’re looking for someone respectful, tidy, and friendly who values a calm and clean living environment.

Bedroom and bathroom (downstairs). Bathroom is only shared if/when we have guests.
Large fenced backyard — perfect for relaxing or outdoor time
Hot tub available for tenant use

Located in a safe, quiet neighborhood with easy access to shops, parks, and freeways
Close to Chaffee Park, Berkley, and Sunnyside neighborhoods, you'll enjoy easy access to downtown, I- for easy mountain access, and Regis University.
🐾 Pets:
There are two well-behaved dogs (a Golden Retriever and a Portuguese Water Dog). They’re friendly and part of the household — so unfortunately, no additional pets at this time.
