Hi there!

I’m renting out a room in my -bath townhouse in Rocklin. The room shares an upstairs bathroom with one other tenant. Rent is $, and utilities are split. Utilities cover water, sewer, trash, Wi-Fi, and PG&E.

The room will be available January th and the deposit will be $.

I do have two dogs already, so unfortunately I’m not able to take in any additional pets.
