- House is located 5 minutes away from Santa Row and Valley Fair.
- Updated kitchen/appliances

All 3 of the other roommates (mid s) are working professionals (engineers), easy to get along with, occasional outings/girls night, and they keep the house clean. All common spaces of the house are shared.

All girl house, grad student is ok
Must be able to move in by March 1st, following landlords approval.
