J St. Lease Takeover

Looking for someone or some people to take over our portion of the lease. The apartment is a bath, shared with two other people living in the other bedroom. This listing is for one bedroom.

Rent is $ for the one room (% split of $ total rent as the other two share their room, however split is open to negotiation).
Water, sewer, and garbage are all covered by the property holders, we split PG&E energy bill. No other fees.

Takeover on January 3rd at the soonest. If you takeover within a week of then, we can cover $ of first months rent.
Lease ends August with the option to renew for another year.

Apartment is ft². It is on the 3rd floor and comes with one bathroom, a kitchen, common area, and balcony. Apartment is furnished (aside from bedroom). Laundry costs $ per load. Pet friendly with optional $ fee per month.

Apartment is ~ miles from campus. We all walk, bike, and/or skate to campus every day very easily. 2 blocks from the heart of downtown. It is genuinely a very nice spot.
The A, O, Z bus lines run right by the apartment with the closest stop being just one block away. They can take you to and from both the MU and Silo, as well as all throughout Davis.
The SPCA thrift store is also just one block away and it's very underrated. Great deals and a constantly rotating selection. Good amount of furniture for amazing prices most days too. I pop in on my way back from classes all the time.
Apartment comes with one reserved parking slot and neither of other roommates has a car so it'd be all yours. Street parking is available too and free % of the time and one block away is free % of the time.

Honestly, this apartment is really great for the price, especially when it comes to location. We hate to leave, but we sadly need to move for work.
