I am looking for someone to move into my home, I own a 3 bedroom Cape in a quiet Neighborhood in Bristol.
The second floor is two rooms and two closets that I'm looking to rent out as a bundle deal, Both rooms are . Asking $ a month, includes base line of all utilities ( Water, Internet [Don't have Cable], Electricity) Heating Oil varies and is a shared expense when needed to be ordered. Parking in the driveway on a dead end road. Use of common spaces, Kitchen, Living room, and a shared Bathroom. Please No Smoking in the house. I myself am a middle of the road on cleanliness. I am a year old Gay male, so the home is LGBT+ Friendly. I am looking for you to be around my age, between would be ideal. I have no preference as far as Gender or Sexuality.
