Hi my name is Ashley my roommate recently left I’m looking for someone to take over her portion of the lease. Preferably another female. I have a cat whose very chill and sweet. I’m also in recovery so I don’t drink or anything else so I’d prefer someone who doesn’t as well or just drinks occasionally. It’s a bath apartment and my roommate took some of her furniture so there’s room if you want to add some of your stuff to the living room and kitchen
