I am specifically looking for a private bedroom with private bathroom near JPMC/Citi (Tampa). My move-in timeline is mid January.

A bit about me: I work full-time as a Software Engineer and tend to keep a pretty routine schedule during the week. I’m clean, organized, and respectful of shared spaces. I value a home that feels like a sanctuary—quiet on weeknights but happy to grab a glass of wine or explore Tampa on the weekends!
