Female roommate wanted

I am looking for a (female) roommate. I have always rented to females since my divorce so as not to creep out my young daughter when she stayed. So it is all I have become accustomed to. This is not intended to be anything other than a agreement of needs...you need a safe and clean place to live and I need a steady and responsible roommate.

Available January 1st

You would have a large private bedroom with an attached bathroom and closet. And a second room as a living room. Full access to the kitchen and laundry rooms. There is a front and rear porch with a view of a lake. Private driveway. Furnished or can be unfurnished.

Utilities and internet included. This is intended to be a long term opportunity...minimum ten months, can go on three years .... $four hundred security deposit .... if compatible after thirty days then signing a simple lease agreement would be required

NO PETS ACCEPTED! NO KIDS! NO INDOOR SMOKING! NO DRAMA TOLERATED!

I work A LOT and not home much. But when I am I can be social...watching a movie or eating together is cool but fine with being left alone as well
