The rent is month to month lease with roommate agreement. Utilities are shared. Homeowner will be taking applications to review and helping me find a roommate. Freshly renovated home with new appliances as of feb and complete bathroom renovation in . This home features a very large master bedroom with built in storage and closets. Tall ceilings in bedrooms and all living areas. Large fully fenced backyard with covered front and rear porches. On street parking only. Street in front of home is always clear and never a struggle to find parking. Tenant may not have guest for more than consecutive days in a row. Tenant must report issues regarding repair. Tenant must receive written permission from landlord before hanging of blinds, curtain rods, shelving, towel rods, mirrors or televisions that mount to walls or surfaces. No smoking or vaping of any kind on this property. No production of marijuana for self use or sale of any kind on this property. Tenant must keep their section of the yard landscaped and maintained at all times.
