We’ve rented our spare room for the last 3 years and both previous lodgers stayed long-term and said we were easy to live with. We’re chilled people, gamers, enjoy gym/time out of the house, and respect everyone’s privacy. We like a clean home and someone who is considerate. You’ll get plenty of space, but we’re always happy for a chat in the kitchen or living room.
