Hi! I’m looking for someone to take over my lease for the spring semester and live in a room in a bath townhouse apartment at Residences at Erwin Mill, right off 9th Street. The lease currently runs through the end of June , but the start and end dates are flexible, and there’s an option to extend if you’re interested.

I’m seeking a female subletter starting January (the room is available as early as December if you’d like to move in sooner). Rent is $/month plus shared utilities. Water is already included, so you’d just split electricity and Wi-Fi, which together usually are around ~ $. You’d be sharing a bathroom with one other roommate. OR stuff can be moved around so you can have the downstairs bedroom and bathroom yourself. Both roommates are female Duke undergraduate seniors—they’re very friendly, respectful, and open to conversation.

The apartment is already fully furnished, and you’re welcome to use everything in the common spaces. There’s an in-unit washer and dryer, so no need to worry about laundry. The bedroom can also be left furnished as it currently is at no extra cost, if you’d like.
