Room for rent coming in May.
The room is a has a “jack and jill” bathroom. Will be your own bathroom as the other room next to it is my kids and she doesn’t go in there much. I’m hoping for someone who is either a heavy sleeper or isn’t home much, my kid is almost 3 so it can be loud at different hours. She’s pretty good at sleeping through the night but does wake up sometimes for a good cry 😂🫠

Would be me, my current female Roomate, a 3 year old, and two dogs. I’m not looking to add anymore permanent animals to the mix as I do like to bring in the occasional stray to fix up and send to new homes. Doesn’t happen to often but somehow they tend to always land in my lap.

Looking for someone okay with a house looking lived in and loved.
