Figured the more y’all know about me from the get go, the easier it’ll be to figure out if this could be a good fit!

Turned the big in August. Super thankful that I don’t look my age. I got some good genes on my mom's side.

I work full-time in the environmental consulting industry (fancy way of saying lead and asbestos testing). I've been in the industry for two years. My previous professional experience has been in operations management across multiple industries.

I am a semi-professional musician, and have been for the better part of the last years. 🎸I play in three different tribute bands, so I’m gigging at least a couple times a month. That said, I don't have any loud equipment, so don’t worry about noise.

I am an animal lover, and have been my entire life. If there are animals in the home, that is completely okay by me (I actually welcome it)! 🐾

Recently separated from my significant other of 8 years. I’m looking to secure a new living situation quickly. Background check is not an issue. I have stable, full-time employment, and can provide check stubs upon request.

Generally, I'm a clean, respectful, and courteous roommate. I'm social, but on the quiet side these days. I occasionally like to let loose, but for the most part I enjoy just relaxing in my free time. I expend A LOT of mental energy at work, so I definitely value my downtime.
