Room for Rent – Month-to-Month Lease

Hello! I’m a -year-old male looking for a responsible month-to-month tenant for a room in my condo. ONLY one person. The room is available December , and I’m seeking someone who will be respectful of shared spaces and follow house rules. Currently Occupied until November th Here’s mwhat you need to know:

Location: Neil RD, Reno

Rent: $ Per Month. Includes basic internet, electric (up to a $ cap), water, and trash.Rent is due 1st of the month.

Shared Bathroom: The bathroom is shared with me.

No Pets Preferred: To maintain the space, I would prefer no pets.

HOA Rules: You must follow HOA guidelines as well as my own house rules for a peaceful living environment.

Laundry: There’s no laundry in the unit, but there’s a laundry facility downstairs.

Selling the Condo: I am in the process of selling the condo, but there may be an option to stay with approval from the new homeowner.
