This is a bathroom house located in Hyde Park. It’s a peaceful, friendly neighborhood that’s close to the UT campus, The Triangle, and lots of great local spots. The room is upstairs with a shared bathroom. In unit laundry is also available. Rent is $ and utilities are about $. The landlord is super laid-back and very responsive, which makes living here really easy. I love the place but I’m moving out of state. Current roommates are pretty chill and would love to find other young professionals or students who are friendly, respectful, and easygoing. Preferably no pets.
