Need Large Room w/Private Bath

I am a small business owner, who just opening a store in the Venice Beach neighborhood. I live in Oxnard, but work days a week in Venice Beach, with higher concentrations in the summer, holidays, and weekends. On the rare occasion, my daughter comes out with me, and even more rarely my husband, and even more rare, all three of us together. Sometimes I do like to bring a friend, or need to have an employee to come out from our Ventura location. So I am looking for a flexible place, where I can have a large room to accommodate me mostly, but occasionally my family, friends, or staff.
