We are two ladies looking for a reliable and respectful roommate (male or female) to join us in our 3-bedroom apartment in Concord, NC. The available bedroom is fully furnished and comes with its own private bathroom, so you’ll have plenty of comfort and privacy.

You’ll share the living room and kitchen, and we’ll make sure you have dedicated space for your own dinnerware and groceries. The apartment complex also has an on- laundromat, making laundry super convenient. Water and WiFi is included.Electricity is not included

We’re easygoing, clean, and looking for someone who’s responsible, friendly, and able to keep common areas tidy. Perfect for a student, working professional, or anyone seeking a peaceful, home-like place.
