Plenty of room--its just me and my dog. There are two free bedrooms for rent with a bathroom in the hallway.
9 ft ceilings both floors, huge windows, in-unit washer/dryer, gas fireplace, central heating AC, 1car garage, fenced backyard with HUGE trees/woods out back.
Top of stairs landing has bright nook for desk/yoga space.
I'm in the large bedroom with en suite bath--which means hall bathroom is all yours (or to share if we obtain 3rd roommate). There is a half bath also on the first floor.
Offering either or both of the other bedrooms (+/- garage with electric vehicle charging station). You can choose to pay $+ utilities and have both bedrooms/keep the house just to us, OR pay $/mo +share of utilities with the understanding we'll likely obtain a 3rd roommate.

My dog:
almost 2 year old hound dog. Goes to doggy daycare while working. He is kennel and house trained (and trained in many other things! better every day). Loves the fenced backyard and smelling everything
