Hey asheville! ONE BEDROOM IN APARTMENT OPENING UP JAN. 1st!

hey yall! my name is haley and i am looking for someone to move into my apartment starting first week of january. Recently out of a break up and need someone to take over half of my lease with me till june . This is a two bedroom apartment/ one bath in south asheville! It’s min from downtown/ west avl.



rent is so half would be $ and half of utilities so looking at around $ total! There is a huge, pretty private back patio. Full kitchen. AC/ heat. In-unit laundry.



I have two cats so just looking for some cat/ no pets to move in 🙂



Roommate needs to be lgbt friendly. I am very clean,and respectful of the space around me. I work a lot of evenings/ nights as restaurant manager and will be home more in the morning/ early afternoon! Living room, kitchen and bathroom is fully furnished. Happy to answer any questions!
