A fully furnished bedroom will be available for sublet starting May . You can rent it until August , or choose a one-year lease with the option to renew.

* 4 bedrooms total, shared with two friendly Chinese girls (a Queen’s PhD student and an undergraduate student).
* Professional cleaners come once a month.
* 2 bathrooms — the upstairs bathroom is basically for your own use.
* Spacious kitchen and common areas with shared fridge, stove, microwave, rice cooker, pots and pans, dishes; living room has a dining table, chairs, TV, and sofa.
* Laundry room with washer and dryer.
* Fully furnished bedroom, cozy and well-organized, with plenty of storage. Includes desk, chair, lamp, wardrobe, mirror — and I can provide bedding, duvet, hair dryer, tissues, dish soap, and other daily essentials.
