Hi ladies :) I’m looking for a chill, outdoorsy roommate to share a bright -bath apartment at The Amber — right by King Edward Station. Modern space, big balcony, fully set up.

You’d have your own bathroom (sometimes used by guests) and an unfurnished bedroom. Rent is about $/month, utilities included. Move-in around April .

About me: I’m a design student finishing my degree, usually working from home or out hiking, biking, or camping. I love cooking, cozy nights in, and keeping the home calm and tidy.

Looking for someone mid-s, clean, considerate, outdoorsy, and easygoing.
