Hey! I’m a -year-old sober man who lives a pretty grounded and balanced lifestyle. I work as a case manager at a substance-abuse and mental-health treatment center, and I’m also in school pursuing my certification as a substance abuse counselor. Helping others is a huge part of my life, and I’m usually either working, studying, or spending time outdoors to recharge.

I have a 3½-year-old female lab mix who’s super sweet, well-behaved, and loves people. We go on plenty of walks, so she’s never a problem around the house.

I’m clean, respectful, and easy to live with. I value open communication, a peaceful home environment, and mutual respect. I’m social but low-key, and because I’m sober, I prefer a home without heavy drinking or partying.
