Need someone to take over lease ASAP for spring semester. I am graduating in December and looking for someone to take over my lease starting in January 1st! It is one unit of an apartment at Campus Crossings around minutes from campus located on Tyron Road. You would have your own private bedroom and bathroom and the living space is shared. You would be taking over the lease for unit D and rent is around $ a month currently and it comes already furnished and includes an in-unit washer/dryer, balcony, seasonal pool, and appliances.
