I’m urgently looking for someone to rent out the other room in my for a long or short term lease starting December. It’s a large room with plenty of light. The room is unfurnished, but you can purchase the bed frame and box spring of the current occupant. The room is $ which includes Hydro and internet. The apartment is a shared space and it comes with a large balcony great for entertaining and decorating😊 It’s located in Hochelaga-Maissoneuve, down the road from the Botanical Garden and Ontario street. Around the corner is the Denise Pelletier theatre and Morgan park. The bus is close by which take you to Papineau or Viau metro station and Pie- is a minute walk or a minute bus ride. Cats and small dogs are permitted. The landlord is very friendly and attentive. Option to take over the lease in July .

I’m looking for a roommate who is polite, reliable, respectful and an effective communicator(this is an absolute MUST). Also someone who treats the space as their own and is able to pick up after themself. I’d also strongly prefer someone in their late ’s
