My son is graduating in December. Looking to sublease his private bedroom/bath at Riverfront Village. There is 2 other roommates still there. Rent is about $ (depending on how much electricity is used), $ parking fee in a covered garage (which I already included), water/trash is also include. It is fully furnished with washer/dryer in unit. There is a shuttle bus that will pick you up to & from class at the apartment. It is on the Riverwalk & close to the amphitheater where they host concerts. We will cover January & Februarys rent for you. The lease runs to July .
