I am easy to get along with, fair, and reasonable. I live in a quiet neighborhood with free parking in front of the home. You will have your own bedroom and bathroom. The bedroom has a window and standard size closet. You will share the common areas such as: the kitchen, dining room, laundry in basement, first level bathroom, backyard, and deck. All utilities included (except colder months Nov-Feb) and except cable. NOTE: I have two bedrooms, one with furniture and one without. You are welcome to use the bedroom with furniture, you will only need to bring a mattress. You are welcome to change the bathroom to make it your own. SERIOUS INQUIRIES ONLY!!
