Welcome to Our Home- Available immediately
We’re a friendly family of four offering a comfortable and private space in our home for the right boarder. You’ll have your own area to enjoy and the freedom to live independently, while still feeling part of a welcoming household.
You will have your own bathroom, own room, access to downstairs rumpus lounge room and sun room and front and back balconies. 
Storage space available in garage if required as well as own fridge.
Our lifestyle is relaxed and respectful, and we do appreciate a quieter, considerate person who values a peaceful environment. If you're looking for a clean, calm space with a touch of family warmth, we’d love to hear from you.   

We are a 4 person family and we are seeking a boarder who will have a large bedroom and own bathroom with toilet and shower and sink. This is not a sharehouse, its a family home and we are seeking a private quiet person who requires a safe home to either study, or live indefinitely.
You will have to buy your own food however electricity and water is included in the rent. Internet included so long as you dont have huge amounts of downloads or data that cost extra.
Our home is 3 levels and you will have access to the downstairs rumpus room for TV/Netflix/Prime and a lounge and balcany when youd like to relax and watch TV.
We are a typical Australian family who works full-time 5 days a week and enjoys average outings on weekends.
