Hi - I'm a working student looking for a room in the general area of Paradise Valley Community College. I have a car so a parking spot is also needed. I am quiet and have a busy life with work and school. Most of the day I am out and just study in the evenings. I am faily neat and would appreciate a quiet and thoughtful roomate.
