Barely have run ins w roomies. Everyone keeps to themselves but friendly girls. Don’t mind having people over etc. There is a balcony. And walk in closet. Covered parking is included on my lease it’s $ a month but I’m sure if you don’t want that we can get it removed from the lease. I pay estimated around $ this includes rent, parking, utilities, and wifi. Any other questions let me know :)
