Need roommate & help around house

Forty-something professional with a recent disability. I’m looking for a roommate to either move into my apartment when my lease renews in February or to get a place with/move in with then.

I'm currently in a one bedroom, but I sleep in the living room, so you’d have the bedroom. There's a huge bathroom with a full-size washer/dryer in it and I spend most of my days in the kitchen working on the computer. If I were to move, (still deciding), I'm looking for a two-bedroom, so we'd each have our own room.

As far as my health goes, I have IBS and Ulcerative Colitis which I've had for years, but it got really bad a few months ago. I’ve had to start using a wheelchair and am limited as to what I can do. I get everything delivered and need someone to help put away packages, bring in the mail and take out trash. If you're up for more things like putting away my groceries, changing sheets and doing small house projects, we could work out something where I pay more rent.

Because of my health, you must be a non-smoker and super careful with germs. Ideally, you wouldn't travel much or work in an environment where you're around a lot of people. I'm leaning towards a female roommate, but may be open to living with a male depending on the person.

Other things to note: I can clean somewhat, but mostly just surfaces. I can still do laundry thankfully, but it's hard picking things up off the floor, vacuuming, and other random things. I also get anxiety when my electrolytes get imbalanced, but I'm pretty good at getting them under control quickly. My goal is to get out of the wheelchair in 6 months, but it's going to be a challenging process. Also, it's hard for me to be around more than 1 person at a time - my brain goes on overload - so I need to live with someone that doesn't have guests over or would be ok with hanging out in your bedroom.
